He clearly knows this city, the real estate market, property history/information, and he has an excellent working relationship with the other local agents, all valuable resources in buying my new home in DC. I met Ira in the mid-1990s when he was the rental agent for my rental property. When it came time for me to buy my first home, I used Ira.
